About us

ConcordIA was born from a simple conviction: artificial intelligence can make online dispute resolution simple, fast and jargon-free.

What if we settled it differently?

The observation

Alternatives to traditional court proceedings remain under-used

Faced with a dispute, the default reflex is still traditional litigation, even though it is heavier, longer and more adversarial than necessary. Mediation, conciliation, arbitration, adjudication and expertise, however, most often make it possible to reach an outcome faster and within a framework the parties control better, whether that means an agreement they build themselves (amicable modes) or a decision handed down by a neutral third party (decisional modes).

It's not that these paths lack merit, it's that they remain hard to access. Finding the right contact, structuring your case, understanding the applicable law: each of these steps discourages a party from pursuing a path that would actually suit their dispute better. That observation is what ConcordIA was born from, to use artificial intelligence to lower that barrier to entry, and make online dispute resolution as easy to take as traditional litigation is hard to avoid today.

The technology

An AI that reads, cross-references and cites the law in real time

Where structuring a case from scratch would take hours, ConcordIA qualifies the dispute, queries real official legal databases and builds a reasoned, sourced opinion, all within minutes, not weeks.

That speed never comes at the expense of rigor. Every claim stays linked to its source, and any real legal consequence always goes through a professional's validation before it applies.

It's this same AI that speaks under the name Amia in the site's chat bubble. A name chosen for its root: close to amare/amica, right next to the word "amiable", and which also echoes a contraction of Arbitration-Mediation-AI.
