These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ConcordIA service. By creating an Action on ConcordIA, you accept these terms.
ConcordIA is an online dispute-resolution assistance service. It supports parties to a dispute through various resolution modes (mediation, conciliation, arbitration, adjudication, expert determination) by means of AI-generated assistance.
ConcordIA is an artificial intelligence system. It is not a lawyer, a judicial officer, or a court. The opinions, decisions, or findings generated by ConcordIA do not, by themselves, carry the value of a court ruling or of legal advice given by a legal professional registered with a bar or professional body. Users who want validation by a legal professional may request the human-validation option offered in the service.
Using ConcordIA requires creating an account (or using a temporary guest session) and providing accurate information. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
Each final document generated by ConcordIA (agreement, award, minutes...) receives, at the exact moment it is finalized, a cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) computed over its content and metadata (signatories, applicable law retained, validation log, finalization timestamp). This fingerprint is computed only once, never recalculated afterward, and makes it possible to verify that the document's content has not been altered since finalization.
This is an internal server timestamp specific to ConcordIA, not a qualified electronic timestamp within the meaning of the eIDAS regulation: this fingerprint attests to the integrity of the content since finalization, but does not by itself constitute enhanced evidentiary proof before a qualified trusted third party.
Human-validation options are offered at the following rates: ConcordIA Pro plan, 10€/mois billed monthly or 7€/mois billed annually (engagement 12 mois); Entreprise, Board ConcordIA plan, starting at 685€/mois billed monthly or 480€/mois billed annually (engagement 12 mois).
ConcordIA implements reasonable means to ensure the reliability of generated content, notably by grounding it in verified legal sources. ConcordIA cannot, however, guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of the opinions generated, which do not replace individualized legal advice.
Each user may delete their account and their Actions at any time from the service's Settings page.
These Terms of Use are governed by the law applicable in the publisher's country of establishment. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
